congratulations :)

Yes, you can apply for passport straight away considering you meet the other requirements like good character, residency etc.

Life in the UK is a must, English (speaking and listening) depends on whether you've done a degree in English.

OP cannot apply for a passport (yet) :!:
OP can apply for the privilege of citizenship.

The holy grail of passport comes later.

See requirements here to make sure nothing is missed as the devil is always in the detail - proof of physical presence in UK 3 years ago; absences within limits, sound mind; referees; good character; LITUK; proof of English & etc etc

Have you remarried (to a BC)?
As you divorced here:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... ml#p973097

If spouse is a BC you can apply under section 6(2) of BNA as soon as all requirements can be/have been met;
if applying in own right use section 6(1) of BNA - wait 12 months with settled status.

So (assuming this is not another what-if kind of question) what I posted above holds good; naturalise first then shoot for passport afterwards.
