Their visa is expiring on the 21 june this is way i am a bit slow

I will check the previous entries

and my son came to this country in feb 2012 but he was born abroad so i was not very confident to say he is illegible... still i am not sure after one of the parent has got ILR

any knowledge please advise

Hi

I am applying for ILR for my son on his own but cold someone confirmed to me weather to use

SET 0 or SET F

He is under the age of 18 and living with me from the last 5 years.

You can use either form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

If only one parent is settled, then there may be problems with SET(F) and SET(O)?

I have started using SET F

I talk to someone and do my own study i think i will be fine using SET F for my son since i am on settled visa now and he is living with me since march 2011. In this time he went back to home country once and spent less than six months
