Process for surrogate kid bron in India

hi All,

We are on ILR currently.we are looking for advice if anyone have gone through process of surrogacy and whats involved and how long it takes to bring surrogate kid to UK.

Will the kid get british passport in India as we both are on ILR.

Appreciate advice on the process.

Read through the information in this link. This was published by the UKBA (now the UKVI) but I haven't seen a more recent guide.

No. The child will not be British if born in India.
