Flr(m) refused - what to do next questions

Post by azo » Mon Jun 06, 2016 1:19 pm

I just got the result of my wifes flm(m) visa application back in which they refused it on the grounds of I wasn't in a job at the time of the application. They also looked into if it can be grant via right to private life etc, they say I can appeal on the grounds of "human right" and we may launch an appeal on the decisions on their reasoning of refusal for "exceptional circumstances"

However, this has to be done by the 16th of June, we have not had our passports back yet and I am wondering when does she have to leave the country by if we don't launch an appeal.
Regards

Why did she apply when you are not working?

Do you have any children?

Was she working at the time of the application?

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
