Hi respected members

just a quick question regarding the rit and fps document

As my accountant print all the documents and already stamped and signed (verify), do I need to sign and company stamp again?

Hi chy_55223,

There has recently been a few posts regarding signing/stamping etc. but to be honest I don't think you even need to sign FPS reports as there's nothing on the policy guidance asking you to do so. Although signing or stamping them is pretty harmless but I don't think is necessary.

Also I think even if you forget to sign a document you will be eligible for evidential flexibility. So I think it's best for you to focus on the actual application rather than worrying too much about signing/stamping.

No such requirement in the rules anyway. Just sign them if you wish
