unaudited accounts help

Hi everyone,
I shared private limited company along with my partner. The company is registered in uk. I am going to apply visa for my family. I want to clarify dividend. Kindly give me your guidence.

In unaudited account total dividend shown is 35K. Out of 35K, total dividend of mine is 28K, which is shown in SA302. The second shareholder dividend is 7K. The second share holder resigned from the company last june. Do i have to mention this when applying for spouse visa ? reason for asking is when we compare SA302 of mine with unaudited accounts, the dividend figures will not match
