Appointment Cancellation Refund

Hi,
I cancelled my appointment on 19th may 2016 (Appointment date 2nd June 2016) but still not get the refund yet. Would anybody please advise how long it take to get the refund.

I cancelled my appointment on 4th May for 11th May and just received by refund today. Hopefully you will receive it soon.

also did you paid before the fee increment ?

I booked appt under old fees and had to cancel as I was unable to reschedule for the date when I was qualifying to apply for ILR. I had to book another appointment with higher fees unfortunately.

Hello mate,

See below - I didn't get a refund after 5 weeks of cancellation so I sent an email and got this response. Upon sending an email to the refund team I got a response within 2 days and then a refund within 10 days. hope it helps!
