Please I need some help on on my case

ilr refused in April due to 2011 tax issue
AR refused

As for Judicial reviews please can someone guide me on the steps
i)how long do judicial review take to complete
ii) has any tax case ILR refusals been overturned on judicial reviews?
iii) what are each step in judicial reviews
iv) lawyers are misleading and im confused

Also I like to know if I need to be in UK during the JR process as I dont want to be an over-stayer esp if I lose the JR and also I cannot afford to be here without work as working is not allowed during JR process
