ILR Dependent visa to wife and kid from india (chennai)

Hi,

I came from india(Nov 2009) on tier 2 ICT work permit visa and got and got ILR(i finished 5 yrs in t2 ict work permit).

My wife in India with our 1 year old kid(born in india),Now i want apply Visa to my wife and kid from india.
now i'm filling the form via Visa4uk website as when i filled application for my son it show as 0.00 for IHS charge but when i called to Uk support they mentioned it should be £600.

i selected Visa Type as "Settlement"->"Child or Other Dependant of Settled Person" when i created the applicatio, is it right category?

Mother(added her details)
2. Who are you travelling to the UK with? Mother
3. Are you staying at a private address in the UK? yes,i gave my uk address

English Language
1. Are you exempt from the English language requirement? yes
2. How are you exempt from the English language requirement? Child

is it anything i'm doing wrong?
