Hi guys

My student visa expired on 31/10/2009 and i post my visa application on 7/10/2009

money were taken from my account on 17/10/2009

i got my application document returned on 10/11/2009 as there is small box i did not tick.

I post my application to Home office on 16/11/2009

2/12/2009 take figure print

new visa stating date were 2/2/2010

How to calculate my gap ?

yes, I am planing to apply for ILR.
I were grand with Tier 4 student visa at that time.
