FLR FP Documents came back without any cover letter

Hi members,
I applied for flr fp as a partner with British child and it has been 12 weeks since I posted my application.
Today I am a bit confused why I got some of my documents back without any cover letter. I called HO and they told me that there's another package coming and provided me a royal mail tracking number.. When I tracked it, it's not a valid number.
My question is... Did anybody experience this and is this a good thing? Or does it means my application has been denied coz I got my documents first? I'm having a high anxiety over the past 3 months and now is the worst coz I don't have any idea what's happening.
Can somebody let me know if they receive their documents first. I just need to see the decision to make my mind at ease.
