Pakistan UK Spouse visa appeals

Dear brothers and sisters. i was told by someone they appealed and it was overturned within 3 months. Thing is i believe the Eco made a mistake i have sought advice and i have been told i am correct. my payment was processed on the 17th may and i still not recieved anything from the tribunal. roughly how long would it take for an Ecm review to take place. i spent 2k on the application which went down the drain. How would i avoid the xharges for the online application for changing the money into sterling

The date will be mentioned on the appeal notice, if you haven't received the notice yet kindly wait for it it seems to be taking much longer cause i also have not received my notice of appeal. I appealed end of march.

You should receive the notice very soon, the review deadline would most probably be mid August

The tribunal told me the home office did not reply to them by the deadline therefore i am now in a queue to be listed for a hearing. Is there an email address which i can contact regarding the appeal, to ask whether it was reviewed or not?

Why dont you email the minister of immigation, involve your mp and also email the prime minister. Also, write to the duty officer judge with your circumstances explaining the delay. what was your refusal reason?

got my MP involed he contacted tribunal services no help

email minister of immigration and the prime minister. i beleive, there is a special division that handles pm queries. it may work or may not, but it's worth trying, also write to the duty judge at tribunal.

As per the timelines in this topic, asif sharif should have had his hearing by now. It will be almost an year next month for him and he still doesnt have a court date. I think there is something wrong and he should notify the relevant authorities.

Salam brother, roughly an idea ! You would get hearing notice at end of JUNE and your hearing will be after one or two months after it.
A little wait for you.Last month all November deadline got notice and in this month you are in the queue.
Hopefully IN SHA ALLAH you will get it in a few weeks time.

I know it is hard but when you appeal it will take 12-18mths to get a court date from when you send in your appeal it is the lucky few who get an early court date it is a waiting game which you can do nothing about except wait and wait just read time lines of others. It is pointless ringing tribunal place they say something different every time so just wait or reapply.

Did the call in email say that after a recent change in your visa decision you are now required to submit your passport and Tb certificate? If so have you submitted the passport at VAC

In the call in email they said 'Your appeal against your refused application has been allowed and your visa will be issued' plus instruction how to pay Ihs fees and to submit new application because they havent my old one due to technical reasons and yes i ve submited my passport at the vac

Hi everyone,

I have re applied my wife's spouse visa on 13/04/16. The biometric was done on 20/04/16 in Karachi.

The question I have is actually my solicitor sends my British passport with supporting document and now I have to travel to Pakistan for a wedding n stuff. I got my Pakistani passport and ILr card. Could I use them to travel or should i request ukba for British passport. The vfs says application is still in process and delays for further checks so it can embetween 15days to a month.

I recently emailed for an update on my spouse's visa application, and I was emailed back saying 'a decision has been made and it should be with me in a couple of days...'

My question is, at what point are you informed by ukvi that the decision made is an acceptance or rejection? Is it once you actually go and collect your passport? or would you be informed when you are contacted for a collection time?

Wasalaam, you only find out the decision when passport is collected. However, if application is refused you usually get an email informing you of the IHS fee refund before you are contacted to collect passport.

Thanks everyone for the support & help so far had much frm all u bro & sis ..may Allah bleds u all successful in your applications , I reapplied and Allhumdulilah i got visa within 15 days in priority Allhumdulilah.. I would request & recommend you all for applying it again if you could manageit ffinancially but it's worthy then all this appeals & stuff!!! Best of luck everyone !!!
