Must be in uk 5years from date or 1 year from date

Hi all

I am little confused about my upcoming nCs appointment.


Afaik i shud have been in UK 5 years before the daate of my appointment with ncs service.
So for ex. I am seeing council on 20 june 16. Hence i must have been in uk on 20/6/2011 ... Which i was..

But i was not in uk on 20/6/2015.. I was outa uk and came back on 21st june

I wanted to ask is that ok or should i get my appointment changed..
Can i just ask council guys to process it a day after ?

Any help will be appreciated.

As long as you've held ILR for 12 months, the 5 year date is the crucial one for absence.

I was granted ilr on 30mar 15, so i should be fine u think?

Yes, because March 15 to June 16 is more than 12 months!
