Hi All, I have received ILR via Tier 1 General 1 month before. Now I am applying ILR for my wife and child. Both of them got Tier 1 Gen - dependent in June 2011. From then they are living with me in UK. I have listed below the documents that I am going to submit in PEO. Please let me know if I miss any other documents. Thanks in advance.

1. SET (o) form for my wife
2. SET(o) form for my child
3. BRP cards of both - Original
4. BRP card of mine - photocopy
5. Life in UK - certificate for my wife
6. UK NARIC certificate for English language for my wife
7. Election card for address proof
8. My wife bank statement for address proof
9. Rental agreement for Cohabitation
10. Council Tax bill for Cohabitation
11. Marriage Certificate
12. Birth Certificate of my child
13. Self explanation letter for both about out of UK days.

Please let me know if I missed anything.

Thanks.

Thanks Ashish for the reply and it is highly appreciated. Also I have another question. For Cohabitation , should I need to add proof for covering 2 years fully or just adding the proofs randomly to cover 2 years.

Not the full two years, ie. everything. A selection of various documents for every 3 or 4 months.

Hi santhoap,
Can you please let me know where I can find some official document that talks about what kind of documents will be needed to prove cohabitation? My partner will be eligible in 2.5 years. So far, I was under the impression that you only need cohabitation documents covering two year period (hence was not focused on collecting anything for cohabitation). However, based on what I read in the forum, it seems that we need to provide documents covering the entire 5 year period.
I want to start collecting information and your guidance will be very helpful.

Perhaps supply similar cohabitation documents as suggested in Form SET(M) > Section 12, Note 8.

Thank you so much. So, does that mean I can show two bank statements, two council bills and two electricity or gas bills in joint names and that should cover it? As an additional query, we still have a lot of joint correspondence to our permanent addresses in USA. Can those be provided as well? It doesn't explicitly say that it has to be addressed to a UK address (although it will make sense to show UK address to prove that we've been living here)
