Urgent question

Hello,
It's a very rare question,
Unfortunately one of my friend has lost his Eu family stamp 4 approval letter and some other important documents, now what should he do to get another letter from DOJ.
If anyone know the method or been in same situation plz share

You can try by e mail them. Or you can go to inis dublin and give them ur ref may b they issue u new letter.

Thank you for suggestion and I have told him to email and he has sent the email to eu treat rights unit now let's see what happens.
