Help please ? Extend visa tier 2

Hi every one ! I current in tier2 and my visa expried on14/7/16. I have new COS but my sponsor he not up date my information . He still keep my old address and old ID biomatric number( from tier 4 when i switch to tier 2 ) . Im living in new house and i have new tier2 ID number . But in the new certificate of sponsor ship he still keep every thing the same when i had applied for the first time . What should i do now , please help me i have to do it very soon . can you tell me and let me know ( personal email address removed by moderator ) thanks

Did you update your 'sponsor' with your correct details?

Is your sponsor a proper HO approved sponsor/employer or an agency/umbrella company?

hi i told him but he said noproblem . im every worried . i have to apply this week.

for P60 and payslip is new home address , but in the new COS he still keep old address and old ID number . I told him but he said its ok

yes he has right to give COS . I work for them 3 years and now extend another 2years .

Not sure if he can add SMS to update address.

Just doesn't sound like he knows what he is doing so was concerned that you are contracting or something and they charge you a % of your salary.

This is really important, please can you answer this. It really sounds like you are working for a one man show who doesn't know what he is doing.

i dont know he can update or not but he can login to SMS

What sort of company is it - large or small?
Is there a HR department?
Are you paid directly? paid in full or after tax? how often - monthly?
Are other Tier 2 staff employed?
Do you work in company offices or out on-site?

hi ! this is small company with about 20 employees. they pay me every month after tax . im working in the office .
yes they have alots of tier 2

Well all you can do is trust the HR lady to sort it out via SMS.

Are you sure it is a new CoS and not the old one you initially were issued for tier 2 that they are just 'recycling?

HR department or whoever should see if it can be sorted via the SMS system or contact the HO employer helpline.

HI- I think this can be done by adding a sponsor note through SMS(sponsorship management system) on your current COS. Please see link below and read Guide 2: How to add and amend sponsor notes
