Acknowledgement Letter

Hi,
I applied my ILR SET (LR) through post on 3rd June but haven't get any Acknowledgement letter yet (fees deducted). Usually how long it take to get the Acknowledgement letter.

i send on 6th May but no brp letter or Acknowledgement ,when ever i ring ukvi ,they say no records coming on the system,did you try to ring ukvi

If the fees have been deducted you know that the application has been received.

Application sent SET (LR) 3rd May 2016 via Royal Mail special Delivery
Application received 4th May 2016
Payment deducted 5th May 2016
Acknowledgement Letter : not received
Biometric enrolment letter: not received
Still waiting
i wonder how UKVI works.

I understand you guys are worried not to receiving the acknowledgement letter.

If payment has been deduct then be relax.

Also check the tracking number and make sure it's deliver. Print the delivery confirmation for your record if something goes wrong then you can use it to protect yourself.

Application Received on 4th May 2016.
Fee deducted on 5th May 2016 (Debit Card)
Acknowledgement Letter: Not Received
Biometric Enrolment Letter: Received on 20th June Monday B E L dated 17th June 2016.
