must I send the prepaid especial delivery with documents?

when I sent my application and documents in January I didn't send the prepaid special delivery.
It's compulsory send it or what have I to do?

It's not compulsory, it's your choice.

if you didn't include such an envelope then HO will return your documents by Royal Mail Signed For second class mail.

Thanks a lot for your answer as I was worried about it
and I hope receive my PRC a soon as possible as I applied in January its more than 5 months and I want to travel by middle of July.
