Dear Experts
I got my ILR this tuesday and my BIO card arrived on thursday i did a peo Croydon.
My wife and 2 year son arrived in the UK jul 2013.
What i did i applied Myslef and my son for ILR and my wife for FLR which is due on the 20th of this month.
The Case worker said they will grant me ILR but not for my son . she said my son will have to apply along with my wife on the 20th.
what form should i be filling for him ILR or FLR.
The case worker refunded the money for my son .
Please advise me the same.
Kind Regards
Musheer

PBS dep (click)? Apply within 28 days.
Your spouse will have to wait 5 years ~July 2018 until she and the child (assuming the child was born abroad) can settle.

at the time, u should have applied for pbs dependent extension. If yes, then apply for pbs dependent extension.
However, if u applied for flr m in 2014, you should now apply for flrm extension again.

your wife and daughter counter for 5 years also reset when they applied for flr m. hopefully with this extension, they should complete their 5 years, after which u can apply for ilr.
also unlike last time, IHS charges apply on this extension.
