Hi Asad
I think you should wait until the ECM Review Deadline since the reason you were refused was due to a mistake by the ECO. I can understand your situation as im in the same boat as you (the eco made a mistake). I submitted my appeal on the 30 of March 2016, Payment was taken on the 20th of April and i am also waiting for the notice.

What is your area/suburb? I can find you your MP for you.
Thanks

It seem appeal is long tiring procedure taking between 12th to 18th months looking at the experience of people in here. I am still waiting for the outcome of settlement application as submitted application two months ago and was thinking whether its actually worth to appeal in case of refusal but then you dont have any option if ECO refuse your application on silly grounds even in presence of all valid documents . Its lucky to get visa at first attempt than getting caught between appeal and reapplying..waste of time and money in boht cases

Salaam everyone new to this forum firstly I would like to say ramadhan Mubarak to you all

Secondly I am in the same boat as all my brother sisters are too got review deadline for 23rd July and this waiting game is really getting to me as I don't no what to do either to withdraw the appeal and submit new application of wait for the review hoping it gets overturned

Reasons for refusals were
1 failing to disclose about previous application for UK
2 ECO mistake saying I haven't submitted bank statements showing my salary being paid which I did and ECO didn't bother checking the statements

What shall I do brother and sisters suggestions wait or new application?

I would reapply

Appeals can take 12/18 months from start to end waste of time!
New application is more money but can take 3 weeks if using priority trust me my court date was 11 months after deadline but i reapplied and alhamdulilah hubby has been here 3 weeks and visa granted in 3 weeks too

1) What you were failed to disclose?

2) reason seem silly and you have definitely chances to get visa in appeal if you can wait for at least one year

You can reapply again but then there is no guarantee that you will get sane case worker this time who will be able to see the bank statements . We can provide all documents which are required then its bad luck if they still refuse it

Hope everyone is ok. Review Deadline was 22/Feb/2016 and still no updates. I have been chasing Tribunal and the embassy but both are using delay tactics as you would expect. Dont know what else to do apart frm WAITING......

Just waiting for them to reveiw my case. If not overtuned I will not be waiting for a court date that will be too long.

Any suggestions????
that's what these guys wants, making frustrate then we will invest more money in this industry. These are tactics by HO to waste time give stress then peoples will apply again and again ...........

Salaam everyone,

Question again for brothers and sisters who have recieved a decision regarding their visas recently.

My spouse got a text message on her phone, just stating that her processed visa application GWFxxx has been received. It doesn't state how or when to collect the passport or any other information, nor has she recieved an email.

Is this normal? If so, what should we expect next? It all seems abit vague and unclear.

Jzk for your help, thanks.

You should await a phone call from VAC, then proceed to collect passport, good luck

I just recieved my supporting documents back too, kind of strange they've sent most of my photocopies back too..except for a few and some original stuff. Also, her passport size pictures have all been returned too..(worrying)

Please make dua everyone, jazaKaAllah Khair.

Check your bank account for IHS fee refund, this is usually the first thing that happens if visa is refused

hi mgh
i received this email from <BRPOATech@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk>:
(Unfortunately, when your overseas application for a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) was made, your Biometrics were not captured successfully. In order to produce your BRP, we will need you to send us two passport sized photographs and you will then be required to re-enrol your Biometrics.

*Please note – If the applicant is under 16, please include the responsible adult details of the person who will be accompanying the applicant when they have their Biometrics taken.

Once we have received the passport photographs and a UK address, you will be issued with an enrolment letter; the enrolment will be free of charge.

Once you have enrolled, we will produce a BRP and send it directly to your UK address via courier.
Please arrange to send the photographs with a covering letter and confirmation of your UK address to:

Freepost RRYX-GLYU-GXHZ
Returns Unit
PO BOX 163
Bristol
BS20 1AB)
i haven't received my passport with visa in it yet but i wonder of this BRP will delay the issuing of my visa , or so i should do how instructed in this email to get my visa ?
