ILR inquiries.

Need
your advise, applying for ilr 10 years route this july.. Previous status student, psw, tier1 (general) (2 years) self employed, tier 1general ( limited company). What papers should i include with application form please let me know

Have you read through the Set(LR) form and guidance notes?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
