Hi it means ur passport is ready for collection. All you need to do is to go to the VAC centre where u submitted your passport with this email and ID card and they will give you your passport.

ba205 wrote:Salaam everyone,

Question again for brothers and sisters who have recieved a decision regarding their visas recently.

My spouse got a text message on her phone, just stating that her processed visa application GWFxxx has been received. It doesn't state how or when to collect the passport or any other information, nor has she recieved an email.

Is this normal? If so, what should we expect next? It all seems abit vague and unclear.

Jzk for your help, thanks.

Salaam
However, the text message isn't an indication of whether the application has been successful or refused. You will only know this on collection of the passport.

So far i know are three:

Dear brothers and sisters last time when i applied for my wife i was charged £641 for ihs charge and 1336 for the application why is this? i thought the fees was £1195 + £ 500
but it seems it was due to the exchange rate is there a way you can avoid the extra charge?

hi all

i have read several posts here stating that the judge doesnt tell the decision at the time of court hearing rather it comes in form of a letter. today was our hearing day and the judge told my hubby that the appeal is refused and u should go for a new application. can the decision.be different in the letter? i am.confused

Really sorry to hear this!

What was your reason for refusal??

Sometimes if the decision is strong then the judge does say on the day or sometimes the judge is undecided so can take a few days/weeks

But no the decision in letter will not be different

If the judge has made a decision to refuse on the day, the decision will stand.

What is the likelihood of a decision getting overturned if all the evidences provided are rock-solid? Everyone i've spoken to say, they are not consistent with reviews even if you have discharged the burden of proof.

@pti yes you can pay at the vac in cash sometimes the online one doesnt work. once you have paid attach it to your supporting documents and make sure you write priority service pai.
