Its not essential to attach and u dont need to write "priority paid" they already know

Doesn't matter.

The relevant date in entry clearance cases is the date of refusal. This is established from case law and s. 85(5) of NIAA 2002. Any material change in circumstance or evidence not reasonably foreseeable after the date of refusal should not be taken into account. In practice this means when conducting the review the ECM should only look at circumstances leading up to and including the date of refusal.

Nothing whatsoever, you are appealing against the original refusal decision and trying to prove it was wrong. The court shall only discuss those refusal points!!

Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong section.
I wish to apply for a spouse visa soon as next week as the sponsor into the UK. I want to use the priority service. However I have heard conflicting advice. If im going to use priorty is the process still the same? My wife supplies her biometrics and passport at vac and everything else at Sheffield. I have been told by someone else if doing priorty you submit all documents at the vac. Can someone please clarify on how I go about using the priorty service please. Kind regards.
Ps. Also there are not many dates to book an appointment is this normal?

Thanks in advance

Whether it is successful or not, if the deadline given by the court has passed it will automatically be listed for the hearing date.

If they had it overturned by the deadline date, you would have heard from them by now.
Since you haven't heard anything from them, and they confirmed by replying that it has not been reviewed, then they probably have not reviewed the case. Unfortunately, when they will review is something no body can tell, even they them-self won't be able to provide an exact answer.
