Hi AKZ,

I'm not sure why you want to apply again for your PR when the FTT has dismissed the appeal from the HOME Office to the Upper Tribunal ?
The next stage naturally will be that the Home office issued your document to you. Unless I still don't understand your situation

Ros
Thanks Ros,

Actually after FTT decision I did not hear any thing for HO. Last week call HO and someone the phone told me that they are going to UT directly for getting the permission of appeal. So i am very annoyed and frustrated on that because one point i have already proved and was accepted twice in appeal process why HO going mad on this.

Thats why i am thinking to apply again as my wife income in last 2 years in gone up and it more than the overall 5 year income when had applied in jan 2015.

I was in hurry because of this referendum but i know now that it is impossible to get anything from HO before that.

From last 2 years i am in complete uncertainty with two disable children about our future.

really confused about the referendum result as i don't know what will be our status if we leave.

thanks

Hi akz.
It's emotional about your situation. But am very sure u will be sorted for smiles soon.

HO not gona win again, u had appeal allowed twice, no reasons for them taking it further again. Why don't u get your mp involved and also regarding the situation of your kids, and situation in the last two years as u said.

In terms of the referendum, am positive uk is not leaving
And even if they leave, nothing will happen to the other eu citizens already in the uk.

Norway and Switzerland are not part of the eu group, but still partake in the free movement and residing of other eu members etc similar situation will be for uk if they leave.
All the best.
CITIZENSHIP confirmed.

Akz,

You should call the first tier tribunal and ask them what to do now since they block the permission for the upper tribunal. Its not the Home office to call for advice and the tribunal should be able to tell you the next steps to take. I cannot see any reason why they should not issue you with your PR.
I hear you and I know all the pains these are bringing into your family life but keep hope and you are almost there!!
EEA rules still apply until the UK stops in 2 years or later being a fully member of EEA.

Any other update guys?
I think HO is really busy now days due to excessive number of EEA3 app. and taking longer to process EEA4s.
I changed my job last month and provide them my COA. COA issued on 13th March and it is valid next 6 months (13th September). But when my employer contact HO visa checking service they confirmed my legal status until the end of December 2016. My employer said I don't need to provide any evidence till than.

My concern is why it is valid for further 3 months?

EEA4 Application: (Wife already has PR(EEA3) since Aug15)
Application Sent: 18th Feb 2016
Payment taken: 24th Feb 2016
Bio Received: 2nd March 2016 (Done on 3rd)
COA Received: 16th March 2016 (Dated 13th March)
Passport Requested: 8th May 2016 (Not Received)
Passport Return Inquiry: 20th May 2016
