Permanent resident document for British citizenship?

Post by purplerain82 » Sun Jun 26, 2016 7:13 pm

Hi. Can you please confirm that I need permanent resident status confirmation document (EEA PR) as a Polish national living in the UK for just over 10 years and married to a British citizen for the last six years in order to apply for British citizenship via naturalization? Thanks.

Yes you do. It's a relatively recent requirement.

Thank you. Is this what is hiding under "free from immigration time restrictions" at the time of application?
