how long INIS taking on EU1 spouse application

Hello everyone
i have just submitted my application for spouse visa eu1 last 19th june
just wondering how long do they take to get back to you or send you any letter of confirmation that they have received your application.
anyone if they can share after how long they got their temp stamp 4 and for 5 years recently

3-4months to get temporary stamp
8months more to get eu1 insane

Too long. Shoddy, amateur and disgraceful service that is totally unacceptable.

I am still waiting for any kind of acknowledgement since early March.
