yes you have to withdraw your appeal.
That's wrong information. You don't have to withdraw your appeal while making a fresh application.
Check the link below and read number 20.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ures-apl01
Thank you so much for this link! I wanted to know if I can do a fresh application with a pending appeal and many have said no but THIS clearly says I can!!!

This is great news, why do many solicitors say I have to withdraw? I was stressed because I wanted to make a fresh application but not loose my appeal slot as a security.

@iq-dot

Id say only reapply if your previous refusals were minor
No point reappling if u dont meet financial or husband/wife was a overstayer previously or if they are genuinly not accepting the marriage

Evidence to prove employment is simpler than that for self employment, only other way is cash savings of £62500 held for a minimum of 6 months

Hi all
As my husband has got ILR . He is getting a well paid job offer in pakistan which will meet the spouse visa threshold of £18600. Can he still apply under appendix 2 part 3b therefore income from salaried employment outside uk? Is it possible?
In simple words can he show his payslips of 6 months/1 year in pakistan for my spouse visa?
Thankyou

There is no short cuts lol
Go for employment it is much easier than self employment and make sure u check everything 100x and if u opt to use priority u could have your visa in 3 weeks.

As u said your appeal was unsuccessful; unfortunately actually getting a court date and decision from that to the visa will actually take well over 1 year

If your the uk spouse then u can visit any time but actually getting a visit visa u have like 10% chance as its very very unlikely and to go on a study visa u do realise u actually have to study etc but again once they realise u have a spouse here and on appeal they will put 2 and 2 together
