Earnings of last 15 months

Hi Experts,

I came to UK on 25/12/2011 on Tier 1(General) visa, so i think i am eligible for ILR by end of this year(25/12/2016).
I read that I can apply 28 days before, so planning to apply on 29/11/2016

My questions is-
To get the points for my earnings, I want to show earnings of last 15 months ie continuous 12 months for period of 28/8/2015 to 31/5/2015. Is this allowed??

a) You mean 28/8/2015 to 31/5/2016?
b) If your question is regarding specific dates, I believe UKVI strictly calculates days (inclusive) while considering the last 15 months earning period. IMHO, the 15 month period before your date of application should be 29/08/2015 to 28/11/2016. So, 29/08/2015 to 31/05/2016 should be fine.

c) If you are relying on any income paid to you on 28/08/2015 then, I believe it won't be considered.
Please do not come to any conclusion based on my sole opinion. Experts?

Do you mean 28/8/15 to 28/11/16? If yes then is should be fine. You go 15 months back from the date of application.

Also, if you entered UK on 25/12/2011 AND your entry clearance was issued less than 180 days before than you may be eligible to apply earlier based on the updated guidance. See Q.4 from the FAQ's http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefi ... 99638.html
