Hi I am on tier 4 student visa
1.came in 26th August 2006 visa issued 08/08/2006
2.Please also let me know the date i am eligible for Ilr No sooner than 28 days before 26 August 2016, as the rules stand at the moment.
1.What date can i apply for my ILR in next year.I have a confusion between visa date and the entry date.which date should i count ?Would i be eligible for 90 days concessions period. You cannot use the 90 day concession for long residence ILR. Your residence period starts on the date you ENTERED the UK. You can therefore apply no sooner than 28 days before 26th August 2016. You can now apply for long residence ILR in person for a same day decision.
However, there is currently a limited fast track pilot option available until 31 January 2016, whereRequest your personal data from UK Visas and Immigration wrote:These requests are called subject access requests. You should expect a response from us within 40 days.
