Can my husband apply for ilr with me

Help help I had 3+3 dlr started in 2009 my 2nd dlr finishing 07 2016 and my husband got dlr recently and he had latter with brp card says his leave in line with my visa, our boths visa expire same day soon I am going to apply for ilr ( after3+3 dlr), can my husband apply for ilr with me and what form should I fill ( I got dlr under exceptional circumstances) thanks

He was illegal but we are married for 5 and half year with 2 kids born in uk

Then no, he cannot apply with you. He will have to follow the 6 years DLR route before he qualifies for ILR.

so why they not issued him 2.5 year visa they just gave him 1 year and 2 month visa till my brp expiring date xx

So if I get ilr after 6 year dlr and he have to make separate application for dlr is that correct? And which form we should fill?
