Please help - Ongoing Appeal and due for ILR in 2 months

Dear Admin,

Could you please advise me on issue?

I have an ongoing appeal which would be heard next week (after upper tribunal set aside first tier decision on tier 1 general extension) and my ILR is due in September - precisely 2 months away.

My current leave is being extended by section 3C Immigration Act 1971 which means that my 5 years will be completed in September.

My questions are:
- how do i delay this ongoing appeal from being decided and so i can apply for ILR in September ? - considering the fact that it had already be adjourned 3 times by first tier.

- Would my ILR application considered valid irrespective of appeal decision?
