I want to apply for 10 years ILR.
my ten years will complete on 27 Aug 2016
my current student visa expire on 11 july 2016
CAN i apply for ILR.

YOU could go for FLR (O) then then vary your application to SET LR 28 days before you complete your 10 years.
i had 12 days + 28 short i did FLR O then varied 28 days before completing 10 years i got ILR successfully.

Please seek professional advice.

Dont spoil your 10 years bro.

4. When To Apply
You should apply before the end of your permitted stay in the UK.
There is a qualifying period to complete for a Long Residence application It runs either from

- the date on which you entered the UK with a visa;
or, if you did not enter the UK with such a visa, from

- the date on which you were first granted permission to remain in the UK.

If you entered the UK with a visa several weeks or more after the date from which it was valid for
use, you may need to apply for an extension of stay to complete the relevant qualifying period.
Please do not apply more than 28 days before completing the qualifying period. If you apply earlier

than that, your application may be refused. If that happens, we will not refund the fee and you will
have to pay again when reapplying.

Technically, from Thursday, 25 August 2016.

But you should apply before your leave expires, perhaps option 2?

firstly you are eligible for 10 years on the date of entry not the date of visa grant .. this is 100% accurate

secondly you dont have to do any thing, print out flr o form or flr fp , doesnt matter since u need to cover less time , fill form attach two pictures, and send the form and make payment by cheque, you will get biometrics that will take a month to 5 weeks and thats it your time will be completed so on august whatever date is 28 days before your exact 10 years, go to window or send a postal application of ilr stating that you want to vary your existing flr o or fp application (which ever you choose) and pay ilr fees, sed life in uk and english language requirement certificate( or a uk degree) , and thats it .. short and simple . you dont need a lawyer to rip you off here.
