As my husband has got ILR . He is getting a well paid job offer in pakistan which will meet the spouse visa threshold of £18600. Can he still apply under appendix 2 part 3b therefore income from salaried employment outside uk? Is it possible?
In simple words can he show his payslips of 6 months/1 year in pakistan for my spouse visa?
Thankyou

Any suggestion stillwaiting?

You should receive a court hearing date next, not sure of the timescale as it is taking very long, once you receive court date you will need to attend and argue your case infront of the judge.

Assalamualaykum
Hope everyone is well. EID MUBARAK in advance.
Need some advice brothers.

Went for an appeal in september 2015 and have not had any hearing date yet. I have been refused under suitibility grounds. Been chasing up quite few solicitors and getting different advice. Being advised not to reapply as that will result in automatic refusal. I have to go to court and that means looong waittt... confused

Aoa,

Brother always try to look on the positive side of it, that Allah Pak brought the waiting time to an end.

If you don't mind me reminding you the days when we were still waiting for our hearing date imagine how helpless we all were feeling.

Well I am still stressed out tremendously just for thinking about the result after that day.

Insha Allah will help us AAMIN.

This is the most painful time of our life's that's how I am feeling. Drs said to me that if I cant control my stress I might have to face diseases like Sugar, Blood pressure, any thing like that, they said that my liver is already affected because of that and they are thinking to put me on medication for it

So at least Masha Allah you got your health in good state.

Remember me in your prayers and Insha Allah I'll also remember all of us in my every single prayers.

Kindly keep us updated on the forum with the outcome of your spouse visa appeals/applications.

Good luck to everyone.

Aoa to All

First of all I would like to Thanks Almighty Allah for granting me success in my wifes visa appeal.

I would also like to thank all the respected members of this group specially sister stillwaiting, sister ayesha and brother Khan who have showed me their tremendous support to me from time to time.

Well I would like to share in brief about my court experience.

There were three cases in my court room. One of them was heard before my case and that hearing was lasted nearly 1.5 hours which has increased my level of anxiety to the max and the thing which was more worrying for me was that even after 1.5 hours of long and extremely painfully and stressful hearing the judge said to the appealant that the appeal hearing decision will be posted to them in 3 calendar weeks time.

Then the judge called my case and my representative name and the home office lawyer name and then the judge started my case hearing I was thinking that my case will take 2 hours involving all the complexities revolving my case I think that was just my pessimistic or extremely negative thinking. So the judge finally started after calling all of our names with the Home Office Solicitor or Lawyer to start my case findings and to my surprise the Home Office lawyer said that its a straight forward case with the refusal clearly exhibiting the signs of an overlook of the facts by an ECO in Islamabad and both of the refusal points was just an over sighting mistake by the ECO by not taking the real facts in to consideration and the IDI in to considerations and then the judge asked her if she has any thing more to add to my case she said that I do apologies on behalf of the British High Commission from Mr.Annonymous and I have nothing more to say in this case. Then the judge asked my Barrister if he wants to add any thing to my case my barrister then requested the Judge that as my case is really simple in its nature and clearly explained by the Home Office Lawyer I would like to request you to kindly allow this appeal and then after a couple of min silence I have already closed my eyes and praying to Allah the judge said that I am happy to indicate that this appeal is allowed and you'll get the detailed decision in writing in 3 weeks time period and then I opened my eyes which were already full of tears and thanked the judge and the Home Office Solicitor and my barrister.

When I break this news to my wife she wasn't expecting this at all instead she wanted to know the exact return date of myself to Pakistan .

After 4 years of excruciating pain By the Grace of Almighty Allah its all over for me at last.

I would like to share a very important lesson what I have learnt today from my appeal hearing is that always stay positive and content and never ever let any kind of pessimism will ever get over you and most importantly stay connected with Almighty Allah Who can do anything no matter how impossible it might looks like for the human eyes or to a human mind.

I would like to brother MGH that what will happen now how long more I have to wait now I dont mind now as Allah Ka Karam every thing is certain but I would definitely like to know more about the exact process.

Please remember me in your prayers.

Good luck to all.
