Urgent help needed on FPS Issue

Hi Everyone

Please i need a help on FPS...

My accountant submitted monthly FPS on 12 pay software...unable to printout those FPS documents from April 2015 to current date. called to 12 pay customer service issue not resolved...

Please zimba or anyone can help me out to get those FPS from last year to current date by any other method...is there any chance other alternate method to get FPS copies... if my accountant can a change 12 pay software to another software he is able to print FPS from last year or not?

Please need advice guys if anyone have this kind of issue... Please share your experience that would be much appreciated..

Yes you can,
you can generate them manually using moneysoft software....

Or you can simply contact hmrc and they will send the fps to you by post

contacted HMRC already they advised me timescale of 8 weeks... but my visa runs out in 6 weeks left

i am worried about submitted through 12 pay software and if i go manual FPS through moneysoft... UKBA have any objection in relation to submitting format and submitted format..
UKBA will accept 2 different software things or not?

Hmrc always gives longer tim scale to be on safe side. But documents generally show up much quicker than that

Secondly, even if it does come within 6 weeks, then file you visa and explain the situation in covering letter to them and send them the fps as soon as you receive them
