Change in Job Title

Hello,

My Tier 2 General visa extension is due later this year. It is more likely my job title will be changed from Junior Technologist to Product Technologist with same responsibilities.
Will it have any negative effect on my application? The main reason for change in job title is because my employer will have to increase my salary. It would be great if anyone can advise me.

Job title change should be fine as long as your SOC code and your responsibilities remain the same.
