Need some argent opinion/suggestion as time is running out

My Grus,
I am on 50 k category, got visa more than 2 years ago. my question is that can I mix two businesses NVQ 4 and NVQ 3 in same account? When I initially got visa my solicitor told me that i can do Event & catering service (NVQ 4) with a Restaurant Business (NVQ 3). Last two years i have been doing both business together, using same business account and annual account for them. 50 k investment done. 4/5 employees are working in my company. now i am very much confused about my business activities as some one told me i cant claim extension point from here.
Please please guys give your honest opinion about my business situation. if i am doing wrong can i fix it? only 10 month left to extension .

if there is no these sort of requirement that would be great.
I would not disclose at the time of extension but they would easily see it from the business bank statement.

Just pointing out that there is no need to shout out that your issue is urgent when you have 10 months to extension. This forum is active and everything is answered within a few days

@seasky mate the way I am running my bussiness I am not sure it's wrong of right. If it is running wrong then I have to show the investment again, again may be I have to think about my payroll.
Now tell me pls its 10 months good enough to fix these problems.

NQF level requirement as far as I can see, applies ONLY to initial applications when switching from Tier 1 General or PSW. I have not seen such a requirement for extension applications
