Tier 2 ILR

Can missing employment/tax history with Hmrc (if suppose tax is not paid by the employer) for one of the years in tier 2 employment can have any effect on tier 2 ILR application?

I did a post for this (http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefi ... 12829.html) but no one replied so I thought making the query short might help.

I have asked the employer to sort this out but no response yet. Also I have searched the forum mostly this issue is answered for the Tier 1 ILR applications.

Gurus please help.
