All Those who applied 2nd time and still waiting

Hello and welcome all,
I m starting tis thread for all those who have applied for 2nd time for their HSMP application and still wanting for a decision to be made on their applications...

My time lines for 2nd application are:

Sent 3rd Dec 07,
Received HO: 6 Dec 07
Got Ref No: 14 Dec 07

No updates yet.....I have requested for a courier pik up, so i will be getting an email frm ma case worker as soon a decision shall be made..

On 2nd Jan 08, I received an email frm HO stating that ur application shud be decided shortly and they will inform me ..but its 14th Jan 08 today, and no email frm HO..

Well i know nobody can help in this regard to no one..but we jus here share our experiences to relax a bit....

I appreciate that all 2nd time applicants plz share ur experiences and YES, those whose 2nd applications has been decided ..they can share their also whether its approved or rejected..

well i think that i m the only one who applied for 2nd time..as no one is responding to tis thread...come on guys...share ur experiences...as it wont harm no one....

Hello Asim,

I have applied 2nd time too. My application reached there on 18th Dec 2007 and payment charged on 19th. I have sent two mail for ref no but still no response.

Planning to call now.

Time Line INCOUNTRY APPLICATION.

Received by HO 20-Dec
Payment Deducted - 21 Dec

Called up and got the ref number.

Waiting for the decesion.

Asim,

It is very difficult period, Ist hand applicants are getting quicker response than us. Lets see, whats my fate on this.

the timelines are as follows

11 Jan:application sent thru Fedex
15 Jan: application delievered in HO(payment thru CC)Same day charges are deducted
19 Jan: Ref No. Received

mine is still pending..i requested courier pikups..so they will email me, but no emails yet...

Hi,
This is my second application, i received the reference number via email on 19th January, i also requested for Courier collection in my cover letter, do we need to fax them again the same request mentioning our reference number or request in cover letter is enough.

Asim please advice if you have faxed it separately.

Hey Ambreen,

U shud immediately fax ur request for pikups to HO today. well jus check ur country timings and HO timings before faxing.

DO fax ur request as the caseworker most of the time didnt c ur covering letter properly and then u will b stuck..and also quote ur reference number on ur fax request...

I have applied 2nd time dated on 16th January 2008 as I rang them on Monday (21/01/2008) and they gave me my Payment reference No. but still waiting for my HSMP reference. i was told by my consultant that this process will take upto 5 weeks so just waiting and finger cross. Will keep you update and also waiting to hear from all of you guys as well.

well i believe pakistani applicants are getting into verifications now..as i myself and ma other fellows on this forum experienced that..

hay All
most of da guys seems pakistani to me who r suffering thru 2nd time application process.....jus to share wid u guys dat i guess they r making verification tough for we pakistanis dats y its taking long either its 2nd time app or 1st time as in ma case its ma 1st time app n it reached HO on 18/12 but still waiting for ny response......

I have a question as I have applied second time and first time my review was refused also which makes it 3 times including this. This time they provide me same reference number as the previous one with addion ****/3. My question is are they still going to consider it as a new case are they will look into it as a prvious one? or what I can guess it from the reference No. they will considering it as old case.

I have asked from many friends and they have different views some of them said was that I should not have mentioned about my previous case some of them are saying that its good you mentioned your previous history as its shows the genuility of your case.

well u hav done alrite thing, as its gud that u mentioned ur previous reference number on ur new application, u know ma review of 1st application also got refused, and i got the reference number this time as 23XXXX/03..so this is normal.
and dont worry, its better that u have mentioned ur previous ref no as they would have known if u dont..

Many thanks of you prompt answer and let see how long they take this time because if they are considering them as previous application. I think so they will go for varification and checks again which is a lengthy process.

I think the main reason is that because there have been quite reasonable number of fraudulent documents have been found in the past. People commit fraud, other people suffer.
