Proof of earning - Company income?

Post by lbfrancois » Tue Jan 11, 2005 12:16 pm

PLEASE HELP!

I have a small company which provides services for a big Information Technology company in Brasil. My partner (we have been together for 3 years, but not legally married) and I are the owner of the company. The company has a gross income of 21600 sterling pounds. My personal income is 10800 sterling pounds (I'm from Brazil). I need to know what income to use to present as proof of earning...
The company employees are only me and my partner, we work as Analyst Specialists for an IT company.
This type of employment is very commom in Brazil, where the employees open a company and the contractor hires the company, not the employee directly.

Can anybody help me??

I also have a doubt regarding the work experience, I saw at the britianusa.com web site that you need to have at least 5 years of experience to claim points for work experience. But most of the other sites I've read say it's 2 or 4 years of graduate level experience, and extra points for specialist position. What is correct?

Thanks,
Lu.

Lu,

You must use your personal income (not your company's income).
Home Office would also ask your personal income tax certification.
