IT Certifications - Claim points for education?

Post by lbfrancois » Tue Jan 11, 2005 12:18 pm

Hello all!

I am 23 years old, and I do not have a bachelors degree, but I have the following IT certifications:

MCSE NT4 (Microsoft Certified System Engineer on NT4.0)
MCSE Win2000 (Microsoft Certified System Engineer on Windows 2000)
MCSE Win2003 (Microsoft Certified System Engineer on Windows 2003)
MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator)
MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainner)
CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator)
CCEA (Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator
CCSP (Citrix Certified Sales Professional)
CCI (Citrix Certified Instructor)

I have about 34 exams on my official transcripts (all of them approved). I also have 4 years of experience.

I would like to know if I can claim points for education with all those exams and certifications. What if I get a NARIC comparison?

Has anybody gone through this?

Thank you!
Luciana Fran?ois.

You will not get any points for education. You will only be awarded points for education for a university degree

NARIC only considers degrees from universities and institutes, not vendor or specific industry certifications.
