New COS after application refusal, awaiting admin revew

Hello,
I had my visa application refused due to a problem with the COS. I have done an admin review 2 weeks back and awaiting decision
Now I have got another job and sponsor, will ask them to get me a new COS and do a fresh application.
Is there any problem getting a new COS after refusal of the previous application, or the old COS is autimatically not valid now ?
I know the new application will cancel my previous application.
