Claming benifit

I have Indefinite leave to remain and my daughter is British citizen by naturalization. My wife is on spouse visa.

Will calming housing benefit, tax credit and child benefit affect her visa extension and further citizenship application.

please provide valuable advice.

Child benefit in YOUR name only.

Child tax credits in JOINT names with your spouse.

Housing benefit - single person plus child rate ONLY.

No effect on her spouse visa extension but remember that you HAVE to meet the financial requirements again for the extension.

thank you sir. have they increased the financial requirement or any plan to increase in future from current £18,600.

No, it is still £18,600pa and no plans as far as I am aware to change it.
