Tier 2 ICT - Short Term to Long Term- Cooling Period Query

Hi,

I came to UK in April 2013 on a Tier 2 short term ICT Visa, went back to India in Dec 2013 and came back again in April 2014 on Tier 2 Long Term ICT Visa. Since then my Long term Visa has been extended in UK.

My query is when do I need to return to India for mandatory cooling period?

5 years on Tier 2 Long Term ICT which means April 2019 assuming your visa was stamped on April 2019
Different rules apply if you are a high earner(> £155,300 pa)

5 years on Tier 2 Long Term ICT which means April 2019 assuming your visa was stamped on April 2014
