Tier 2 General Salary

Post by vvka57 » Wed Jul 20, 2016 2:42 pm

Dear imm expert
I am planning to shift from Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 G.
Got job offer of 44K, sponsor is issuing COS for 32K, will it create any problem?

Expert kindly suggest

The correct salary which is agreed with employer should be mentioned in the COS. In your case it should be 44K.

Thanks

What salary range was the job advertised at? If it was not up to £44k then the RLMT has not been undertaken correctly... Heading for a refusal....

RLMT adverts must state salary range. Competitive salary is not acceptable. So before you go any further with this they need to readvertise with the salary range.
