Uk Based company acquired by another company in UK

Hi,
I am in tier-2 general visa since July 2014 its valid for 5 years
My company (Let’s say Company A) currently acquired by another company in UK let’s say company B .

• 1. Company A has sponsorship licence
  2.Company B don’t have a sponsorship licence
  3. Company B has several branches in UK

Following things will remains same

• 1. Contract with the company (All the employees contract will remains with company A)
  2. Company A will be dealing with all the existing customers
  3. Company A is not moving anywhere same place, same person who applied for the sponsorship for me still managing SMS.
  4. We will be paid by Company A for couple of months after that it will change

Following things will change

• 1. Ownership changed
  2. Company Name - They will change it to Company B shortly
  3. Employers - Some of the employees from Company B will come and work here or some of the employees from company A have to go and work one of the offices in Company B based on the requirements
  4. Company A will be start selling the products from Company B
  5. All the shares of my company A (previously) now sold to that Company B and director and secretary of Company A resigned.

I am concerned about the following

• 1. Do we have to inform via SMS about the new changes (Company A)
  2. If we inform, will they revoke our sponsorship licence?
  3. Do the Company B has to apply for a sponsorship licence within 20 working days
  4. Will my visa be still valid until my new sponsor get the sponsorship?
  5. If not what is the status of my visa after 20 working days after informing via SMS while waiting for sponsor approvals?
  6. When we applied for sponsorship in 2014 we showed some auditing and financial documents.I don't think my company ownership was mentioned in that.So how possible they would come to know that my company owned by new owner? since the same boss (who got sponsorship) still going to work and manage the company (who managing SMS) as it was, still need to inform?
  7. What will happen if we don't inform?
  8. Company B said they will not take staff under TUPE. but how that's possible

I am concerned abou the changes. Kindly advice me. Thanks in advance

I read the below guidance (Section 13)

But on the first page they mentioned like "This guidance is to be used for all Tier 2 and Tier 5 sponsor licence applications made on or after 6 April 2016"
But my company applied for the sponsorship licence in June 2014. So how the section 13 is applicable for above case. Is there any other guidance?
