T2 priority delay

Post by allie96 » Fri Jul 22, 2016 3:33 pm

I submitted T2 application through a law firm via the priority route on the 11th, and did my biometric enrolment on the 18th. Today is already the 10th working day but my lawyer hasn't heard anything from UKVI yet.
Anyone also using priority service and have similar issues?

Their SLA is 10 working days from the date application was posted. this can change if its complicated.
I did my biometrics on 13th this month and approved on 20th. So its ok.

I am in the same situation :( I have been chasing my law firm but they told me that the 10 working days processing time is not rigid and there are sometimes delays for any number of reasons e.g. more applications than usual, less staff than usual or a delay with the post. I am nut sure if I should be worried because apparently some people still receive their BRP on time through priority.
