Switch from ICT long term to Tier 2 General within UK

Hello,
I am currently working in UK on my Tier 2 ICT 1 yr visa and then extended to long term. I would like to know whether I am eligible to switch my visa from ICT to Tier 2 General. My Visa Details are as follows,

1) Came to UK from India on 31 May 2011 with ICT Short term Staff Visa. But my visa stamped on 11-Oct-2010
2) Since my visa stamped 2010 Oct, so my visa can be extended unlimited time in UK.
3) So from then staying and working in UK and the current visa will be expired on Nov 2018

So can I switch to Tier 2 General within UK if I get sponsor in UK
