Help needed with the form

Hi guys,

As I'm filling in the form for eea pr, I'm a bit confused with question 9.4 it's says " complete the table below with details of the relevant EEA nationals (your or your sponsors) activity in the UK. Complete in chronological order, staring from when you/they entered UK."

Now my question I need to write detail of employment from date I came in uk or just from last 5 years??
