Extension of Temporary Stamp 4 for EU applicant

Post by Obie » Thu Jul 21, 2016 1:21 am

The Minister of Justice and Equality in Ireland, has provided guidance for applicant whose applications are taking longer than the temporary stamp 4 that they were granted.

The 10 month period mentioned in the press release, is not something the department should be proud to broadcast.

There is a slight relieve for applicant whose jobs may be on the line as a result of this chaos.

The department has provided a pathway were they could have their Stamp 4 extended for a period of 3 months.

People whose livelihood and jobs may be affected by this, should bring this to the attention of the minister, and inform her that damages will be claim and the matter robustly pursued at the Irish courts, if as a result of this unjustifiable delay, they lose their jobs or potential opportunities which they would have acquired had the infringement not occurred.

Obie just a quick question, has any you know or dealing with received response within 10 months recently?
Also if you know minister of justice said we have received 10,000 applications since 2014, she also mentioned brexit a cause for spike in irish visa applications.
Can they discriminate British passport holders because of brexit and don't respond properly?
I would appreciate your valuable comment.
Kind regards
