PR application question and use of old form

Thanks carling40 ... Can you tell me what the old form called
Eea4 or eea3 and like I said before my case is similar to yours
Am non eea and I married my eea in December 2010 and she was working till year 2016 April ..but she's also started sel employed last year April as an hair dresser,the divorce imitate in Feb 2016 and got decree absolutely in June 2016 ,she got the same receipt like Yours aswell (handwriting ones) and have got her 2012 p60 and some payslips from 2012-March 2015 because she's doin 2 jobs can get hold of all,With Hmrc employment history working full time even doing 2 jobs together from April 2009-April 2016 but (total income from April 5 2015-2016 is about £9234 ..hope that cool) the last 6 years have been more than £24000 each year ,have got tax return of 2015-2016 SA302 aswell ,business card,flyers, registered on yelp,yell and 192.com,with accountant letter and Profit and loss account till June 30 because divorce was Final in June 17 ...can I submit all the receipt it's really massive ..I don't mind thou..
And I have got her back statements showing customers paying in
With there names as reference and reflecting on receipts aswel
..please shed more light .thanks for your help

EEA3 is for EEA citizens applying for a document certifying permanent residence
EEA4 is for non-EEA family members applying for a permanent residence card
